expert workshop

The gender gap in AI is real.

A recent study by Berkeley’s Haas Business School highlighted in the Wall Street Journal shows that women are 20% less likely to interact with AI tools compared to men. As such, women are missing from the rooms where the future of AI is being built. This perpetuates an environment where systems are trained on data that does not represent women.

Dr. Emily Neuhoff & Dr. Diahanna Post, two women in the data and analytics field working in AI consultancies (Commit Me Co Design x Post Analytics Group), are working to empower women to get value out of AI.

Their one hour workshop flips the script, giving you:
  • Clarity. Learn to translate analytics into insights that matter
  • Confidence. Gain hands-on experience with AI tools in a supportive environment.
  • Community. Connect with other women who are shaping inclusive futures in tech.

utilize ai tools with confidence

Practical insights and hands-on tools.

AI is shaping the future faster than any technology before it. Yet women remain underrepresented in AI spaces. This workshop is designed to change that—by equipping women with the clarity, strategies, and tools to step into data and AI with confidence and purpose.
